This work is for those who still intend to carry responsibility—even when the environment makes that difficult.

My role is not to take ownership of your decisions.
It is to restore the conditions under which you can own them clearly.

Decision makers are rarely short on information.
They are short on clarity once distortion drifts in.

Distortion is predictable: incentives, fear, power, identity, and silence. Once it takes hold, people begin protecting positions instead of facing reality.

The work is simple to describe and difficult to do:

Clarify what is true
Name what is being avoided
Reduce interference
Restore judgment
Re-center responsibility


When the work is effective, leaders experience:
